| Abstract: | Luzhen was born in Qiyang county of Yongzhou, Hunan province in the Northern Song Dynasty. He wrote JiuGuoZhi which was an overall historical records about the southern 9 states in the five Dynasties and it had great academic value. And especially, it was very important for people to study Manchu culture in Hunan. |
