| 摘 要： | 在基础教育均衡发展上,我们要深刻理解和准确把握"教育公平"的内涵,并以此作为政府、教育行政部门和基层学校各项行动和措施的指导思想和基本原则。本文以A市为对象,对该市基础教育发展的现状进行分析调查,对目前该区域的基础教育非均衡现状进行归因,探索基础教育均衡发展的相关策略。

| Abstract: | In terms of basic educational balanced development,the connotation of educational equity must be understood deeply and accurately,which can be used as guidelines and fundamental principles by different departments and schools.This study makes analysis and survey of the status quo of basic educational development in A City,summarizes the reasons for current unbalanced basic education,and explores relevant strategies for basic educational equity. |
