| 摘 要： | 随着汽车新技术的不断发展，对汽车维修人员也提出了新的更高的要求，加快培养高素质的汽车维修人才具有重要的现实意义．就学校教育而言，现有员工的培训、优化课程设置、加速“双师型”教师队伍建设、更新教学手段、加强实习和实验设施建设，是培养高素质汽车维修人才的必由之路．
