大力宣传“学生阳光体育运动”全面提高学生体质健康水平——谈高校贯彻落实“学生阳光体育运动”的新途径

2006年12月，教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央联合在北京召开了全国学校体育工作会议，号召开展全国亿万学生参与的“阳光体育运动”。高职高专作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，也是保证这次活动实施的关键环节。河南作为人口大省，中部实现崛起的领头羊，在这方面更应走在前列。本文旨在找出实施过程中的差距和存在的问题，从而为更好的贯彻实施此项决议提供一定的理论依据和现实指导。

Conducting Vigorous Propaganda on Student's Sunlight Sport Activity and Comprehensively Improving Student's Fitness and Health Level

In December, 2006, the national physical congress for students was convened by the State Physical Culture Administration and the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League in Beijing. The topic of the congress is to encourage millions of students to participate in the Student＇ s Sunlight Sports. As the important constituent part of our national higher education, technological academy is the pivotal part in carrying out this acti- vation. Henan has very large population, and as the bellwether of central China~ development, it should at the top in this aspect. This paper focuses on the problems and difference in implementation in order to provide the basis and guidance for implementing this program.
