| Abstract: | To build a learning Party organization is a significant vehicle of pushing forward scientific Party construction under the supervisory and auditing division of universities in the new period.For this reason,it demands that leading cadres should set a good example,attach great importance to practice and innovation,renew the ideas and plan the development;comprehensively strengthen the construction of the Party conduct and the Party spirit,and build a clean government in universities. |
