| 摘 要： | 全体人民公平分享社会发展成果,实现共同富裕,是社会主义的价值目标,实现这一目标取向,必须高扬人本主义旗帜,在科学发展观的指导下,在法治主义的视野中,把“以人为本”看作是一种权利,以此来理解社会发展成果公平分享的主体正当性和制度创设的正当性。

| Abstract: | Socialist value objective is that all the people share social development achievements impartially to realize common prosperity.To realize this objective orientation has to hold high the banner of humanism.Under the guidance of scientific development value and in the view of the rule by law,taking the "people oriented" as a right,we can understand the justness of system creation and the main body of the fair share of social development achievements. |
