| 摘 要： | 网上教学平台是基于互联网实现网上教学的必要条件,建构网络教学平台是目前高校的普遍趋势,不过也有许多高校没认识到网络教学平台的重要性,本文从高校网络教学平台的功能分析了建设的必要性,并提出几点建议。
