| Abstract: | There are some crimes such as doing violence. murder, robbery, rape, kidnapping and the other ones endangering personal asfety, including not only the particular charge, but also the transfoming crime under certain circumstances. The article criticizes. The article criticizes specially the unrestricted defense countering the transforming crime and the defense time. then pots froward the author's opinion by analyzing the transforming crime. |
