| 摘 要： | 随着社会竞争的日益加剧，高职学生的心理健康问题日趋严重，这一问题已经引起各级教育主管部门及高职教育工作者的广泛关注。通过调查研究，我们分析了高职学生产生各种心理问题的原因，找到了释放心理压力和解决心理问题的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | With social competition becoming more severe day by day, psychological health problems of higher vocational students are also becoming more and more serious, which raise a wide concern to educational authorities and higher vocational practicer. The reasons that cause the psychological problems to higher vocational students are analyzed, and methods which can help to release or solve psychological press and problems are found too. |
