| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课应在肯定以往成绩，找出存在问题的基础上，转变教育思想、更新教育观念，由纯理论讲授向提高思想道德素质转变，不断探索教学改革的方法和途径，确立相应的原则，充分发挥思想政治理论课的作用。
