大麦黄花叶病抗性机理的初步研究

摘    要:不同抗性的大麦品种 (系 )被黄花叶病毒侵染后 ,叶片中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸的含量有规律地变化 ,研究结果表明 ,感病后 ,大麦叶片内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量下降 ,感病品种下降幅度大于抗性品种 ;而游离脯氨酸含量增加 ,抗性品种增加的幅度比感病品种大 ,同时发现 ,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸的含量与病情指数呈显著的负相关。

Abstract:Investigations have been carried out into the contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,proline in the leaves of barley varieties with different levels of resistance to barley mosaic virus.The result shows that the contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein decreased in the barley leaves infected by barley mosaic virus,the range in susceptible varieties was bigger than that in resistance varieties,and with the increase of the content of free proline the range in resistance varieties was bigger than that in susceptible varieties;and besides,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,free proline were negatively related to the exponent of the condition of the susceptible barley.
