| 摘 要： | CBD中心商务区的建设是我国当前城市规划发展及建筑设计的热点问题,本文从理论上对CBD的定位、级别、功能构成及其对城市经济建设和规划设计的影响进行了解释,并借鉴东京、香港等城市CBD的建设经验,剖析了中原城市群及郑州CBD的建设现状和面临的问题,点明了在开发建设中贯彻和落实科学发展观所必须坚持的理念及建设要点。

| Abstract: | Currently,in our country,construction of the Central Business District is focus problem of city planning development and architecture design.The paper theoretically explains the CBD location,level,functions and the influence to city economy construction and layout.At the same time,use for the experience of the CBD construction of Tokyo?Hong Kong,analyze the problem of CBD construction status in quo which group of city of central plains and Zhengzhou are all confronted with,and point out in the process of putting concept of scientific development into effect to construct our country what views and construction outline we should be persisted all the time. |
