| Abstract: | A state observer design procedure is presented for dicrete linear time-varying systems,without such requirement as complete observability in the well know Luenberger's observer theory.The necessary and sufficient condition for the new concept (i,j,T i)-reconstructibility, where j=i,i-1,is given. |
