| 摘 要： | 新疆少数民族干部的素质是在新疆特定的社会政治、经济、化环境中形成的。新疆现代社会化变迁对干部素质的影响，主要表现在少数民族化结构与化冲突上，少数民族干部在继承优良化传统的同时，提高自身化素质与管理化建设的能力。

| Abstract: | The qualities of Xinjiang minority nationality cadres were developed in a specified social,political,economic and cultural environment of Xinjiang.The influence of modern social and cultural changes on the qualities of minority nationality cadres is mainly revealed in nationalities cultural structure and cultural conflict.Minority nationlity cadres should enhance their cultural quality and improve their management ability of cultural construction;in the meantime,they carry on the fine cultural traditions. |
