摘    要:中华菜肴命名作为我们日常生活中一种常见的语言现象,形成独特的"表现中华写实精神和体现中华文化意蕴"的命名的方式原则,体现出错落有致、均称协调的音韵美,气韵生动、构造别致的辞藻美和凝练概括、新奇形象的意韵美等审美意蕴。

Abstract:As a common linguistic phenomenon in our daily life,the naming of Chinese cuisine contributes to the unique naming modes and principles representing the spirit of realism and the implications of the Chinese culture.It embodies the phonological beauty with proper layout,rhetoric beauty with a vivid spiritual style and unique structure,and condensed and novel implications.
