| 摘 要： | 校地合作可以实现校地双赢的局面。为了更好地实施校地合作，学校要更新观念，成立专门对外合作机构；与地方政府及其部门签订合作协议，保证校地合作的顺利进行；有针对性地制定校地合作下的人才培养方案；建立一支服务校地合作的高水平师资队伍；发挥校地合作中地方政府的服务与监督职能。主要从以上几个方面完善校地合作创新机制。 |
