| 摘 要： | 本文首次发现了网上查询记录数是一个区域的综合性科技实力指标，并且与区域知识创造能力与创新的经济绩效相关。这一结论在18个副省级沿海城市科技实力排名中再次得到印证。本研究还提出了网络时代研究社会发展问题的新方法思路。

| Abstract: | The paper first discovers that the record numbers of inquiry in the web is a regional statistic index of science & technology and it has correlations with the index of knowledge creation and the index of economics performance of innovation. The conclusion is proved again by the work to order science & technology competitiveness of 18 vice-province cities along the seaside. This paper also produces a hint of new method of research on social and economic problems in network age. |
