煤矿主井箕斗耐磨研制技术的探讨

摘    要:针对煤矿普通材料制作的箕斗在生产过程中遇到的问题,提出对主井耐磨箕斗采用耐磨研制技术,此技术采用高强度新型材料设计和制造箕斗,并通过长期的现场实践经验和相对成熟的理论研究相结合,进行模拟实验分析箕斗壁的应力和变形、失效状态,从而更加合理的设计箕斗结构。

Abstract:Based on the ordinary materials with coal in the production process skip,and puts forward the problems of the main shaft wear-resisting skip is wear-resistant developed technology USES high strength technology,the new material design and manufacturing skip,and through long-term scene practice experience and relatively mature theoretical research,combining simulation analysis skip wall stress and deformation and failure condition,and therefore more reasonable design skip structure.
