论绿色技术创新中的官产学合作——基于三重螺旋模型的分析

由于绿色技术创新存在外部经济性问题,仅把企业作为绿色技术创新的唯一主体具有很大的局限性。从三重螺旋模型理论看,绿色技术创新是企业、政府、大学等多元行为主体共同参与的系统过程,官产学三方相互合作、相互促进、互为因果形成一股＂三重螺旋＂的合力,推动着企业持续、有效地开展绿色技术创新活动。

On the University-industry-government Cooperation in Green Technology Innovation——Study Based on Theory of Triple Helix

For there are exterior economic problems within the green technology innovation,it is limited to make the enterprise the only subject of green technology innovative.From the perspective of triple helix model theory,green technology innovation is a system process which involved multivariate actors such as enterprise,government and university.The three are cooperated,promoted and cause-and-effect each other,forming a triple helix resultant force,which promote enterprise to organize the green technology innovation activities effectively and continuously.
