| 摘 要： | 通过分析1018名专科生自信心、进取性的测量结果，提出专科生自信心在性别、专业方面，进取性在生源性质、母亲化程度、是否报考第一志愿方面存在明显差异，教育管理中应正确对待。

| Abstract: | Through analysing 1?018?students'confidence and the survey of their initiative,we put forward that the obvious differences appear in the following aspects:the confidence of college students in sex and major,the initiative in the abilities when they graduate from the senior high school,the levels of their mothers' culture,the first aspiration for their study in college.We should treat it correctly in educational management. |
