| Abstract: | Newly-built local colleges are a significant force in higher education massification of our country.Making clear the development strategies is quite necessary for local colleges to move forward smoothly and scientifically.It has shown that connotation development,dislocation development,characteristic development are the fundamental strategies for newly-built local colleges to realize scientific development. |
