| 摘 要： | 在边疆多民族地区高等教育改革与发展的抉择过程中,客观存在着普适化和特色化两大语境。在普适化语境中,对高等教育发展的判断采用普遍性、形式化的标准;而在特色化语境中,高等教育价值往往选取特殊性、个性化标准。对不同语境的反思有助于对区域高等教育的发展方向和策略作出理性抉择。
