上海合作组织的十年教育合作

概述上海合作组织成立10周年,在教育领域已经确立了多层次和多领域机制。具体介绍了2011年,各成员国在教育机构和科研教学工作者之间扩大教学以及改革经验交流,使合作内容更为丰富;中国为推进上海合作组织框架内的教育合作事业做出了不懈努力。并指出尽管当前的教育合作还有待进一步发展,但教育合作为各成员国之间开展文化的相互学习与交流,是促进各成员国沟通理解,构建持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界的重要途径。

Ten-year educational cooperation of Shanghai Cooperative Organization

On the basis of introducing the multi-level and multi-field mechanism set up in the educational domain since the establishment of Shanghai Cooperative Organization(SCO) 10 years ago,this paper summarizes two points.First,all membership countries have had more teaching and reform exchanges between educational institutions and researchers so that the cooperative contents are richer.Second,China has made great efforts to promote the educational cooperative cause within the frame of SCO,.It holds that the cultural exchanges between membership countries are the important approaches to understanding each other,constructing the harmonious world of lasting peace and common prosperity,though the present educational cooperation needs further improvement.
