| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家,必须培养创新型人才。为了保证创新型人才培养目标的实现,需要从多个方面建立有效的保障措施:一是要转变教育思想,更新教育理念;二是要强化学生创新思维训练,重视其个性发展;三是加强创新型教师的选拔和培养;四是注重产学研结合,进一步拓展创新型人才的培养途径;五是构建鼓励创新的人才考核制度。
