| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国旅游业的发展带动了旅游用地需求的增加，由此也产生了一系列侵害农民利益的问题。旅游用地获得过程中存在的诸多侵害农民利益的现象。是社会经济资源配置的非帕累托最优安排．存在着改进的余地和可能。
