应届毕业生心理状况的调查分析及调适

为了探讨就业压力对应届毕业生心理的影响,作者使用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）对河南两所大学的应届毕业生进行测评,结果发现应届毕业生心理状况堪忧,焦虑、抑郁得分大都高于常模,其中女生平均得分高于男生,群体中超过五分之一的毕业生两项得分都大于临界值。这说明应届毕业生抑郁、焦虑水平较高,需要各方面的关心,并适当地对其进行调适。

Investigation and Analysis of Graduating Students' Psychological Status
