| Abstract: | When TV Universities develops itself in a connotation-typed way,its fundamental concept is to improve the overall level of running a school;its core is to improve educational quality;its aim is to cultivate talented people with practical ability for harmonious development.It focuses on studying and exploring concrete contents of connotation,and enforcing such constructions as school,teaching quality,teacher procession,scientific research and innovation,and school culture.It needs to give prominence to specialties and plan the development as a whole. |
