国内外竞技健美操难度动作的对比分析

采用录像观察与数理统计等方法,对目前国内外竞技健美操的难度动作进行对比分析。结果发现,我国健美操难度动作的数量与分值不断提高,但距国际先进水平还有较大差距。

Comparative Analysis on Difficulty Degrees of Competitive Body-building Exercises Both in China and in Other Countries

The present article makes a comparative analysis on the difficult parts of competitive body-building exercises both in China and in other countires by the methods of film-survey and mathematical statistics. The findings reveal that the number and the score of difficult parts in Chinese body-building exercises are continously increased,but are not to be compared with the international advanced level.
