论宁波民间年糕板的现代产业应用

宁波年糕一直是一方百姓喜欢的传统食品，民间常用木质材料雕刻而成的年糕板来制作各种花样年糕，图案喜庆、吉祥，造型千姿百态，使年糕赋予了非物质文化的内涵。随着社会的发展，年糕以机器生产逐渐代替了手工年糕板生产，虽然产量提高了，但褪去了传统年糕的特色，也阻碍了行业的特色发展。如何使民间年糕板重新应用于现代年糕生产，使该产业打破单一模式，凸显文化特色，拓展更广阔的市场，是本文想要探讨的问题。

On Modem Industrial Applications of Ningbo Folk New Year Cake Plate

Ningbo New Year Cake has always been the favorite traditional food for people. New Year cake plate, which was made of carved wood materials, is used to make cakes with different patterns. The patterns are festive, auspicious and with different expressions, which offer the cake with rich non-material cultural connotation. With the development of society, machine made New Year Cake has gradually replaced the hand made cake with plate. Although the production has increased, the traditional features of cake has faded, which hindered the development of traditional characteristic industry. This paper makes a research on how to apply the cake plate to modern cake production and highlight cultural characteristics, so as to expand a broader market.
