| Abstract: | There is a problem of difficult enforcement in the current implementation of family cases. To solve this problem, China should reconstruct procedures of family cases implementation through legislation, improve the existing legislation, create professional executive team, make good use of mediation means, and gradually move away from over -reliance judicial enforcement measures. |
