| Abstract: | The paper introduces the optimal design of the second grade level net in Fuoshan,expounds the evaluating method on accuracy for different net pattern based on the principle of indirect balancing and the computing function of the EXCEL matrix,and selects a pattern which meets the needs of national norm for net form,the density of point,accuracy and reliability. |
