高职院校公共英语分层教学的管理策略与路径选择

当前，许多高职院校因新生英语基础和学习能力的个体差异过于明显，而不得不采取分层教学的方式来开展公共英语教学；但在开展英语分层教学的过程中存在学生分班难、学生管理难、流通升迁难以及教学内容、教学进度、教学评价常常并不体现层次性等现象，这些现象的发生主要是由教学管理制度和措施不到住所致，因此应采取分层教学的管理策略来予以解决，包括用人才培养全面性要求来规范英语分层教学、坚持主体性与主导性相结合、构建培养学生“会学习、善思考”的英语教学方法体系、借助信息化平台对教学过程进行规范化管理和保底性等，同时还须走适合高职院校的专业内分层目标教学、定向培养目标分层教学和能力目标分层监测等分层教学之路。
