饮食资源的旅游开发价值——以成都茶馆为例

摘    要:中国是茶种植的发源地。茶文化是中国的“国粹”、“国饮”。茶作为一种源远流长的文化传承,在全国各地都十分发达。巴蜀茶文化与茶馆文化源远流长,根基深厚,是具有极大潜力和魅力的资源宝库,也是发展和繁荣成都民俗文化产业的重要根基。打造茶馆文化产业,可以拓宽成都市旅游开发亮点,成为历史与民俗融为一体的都市旅游综合文化工程,以体现成都休闲文化城市风格。

Abstract:Tea plantation originated in China. Tea culture is known as quintessence of Chinese traditional drinking culture. Tea is well developed throughout China as a culture inheritance with a long history. Sichuan tea culture, along with tea house culture traces back to ancient times. It is a fascinating resource-house with great potentials, as well as a key base for developing and boosting folk culture industry in Chengdu. Forging tea house culture, which may expand the tourist development in Chengdu, is to become an urban tourist integrated culture program with history combined with folk customs, reflecting urban leisure culture in Chengdu.
