基于农民需求视角下的农业信息供给问题研究

本文采用调查研究法,对陕西614户农民信息需求与供给现状调查统计的基础上,阐释了陕西农业信息供给问题的四种具体表现,并从供给主体、供给方式、供给受体等角度分析了农业信息有效供给不足的成因,最后从服务理念、供给机制、资源建设、传播渠道、教育培训等方面提出了改善农业信息供给的可行性对策。

The Research of the Agriculture Information Supply Problems Based on Farmers Demand Perspective

On the basis of statistical Investigating and researching 614 farmers information needs and supply,the paper explained the four specific performance about Shaanxi Agricultural Information supply problem,and Analyzed the causes of effective supply shortage of agricultural information from the main Providers,supply methods,such as the the main Recipient.Finally,the paper put forward some proposals to improve the supply of agricultural information such as the service concept,the supply mechanism,resources construction,communication channels,and the training.
