基于学科前沿性视角的科研机构评测研究与实证

机构学科前沿性评测能够为科技管理部门明确学科发展重点，制定学科发展规划和科技发展政策提供借鉴和参考。基于ESI Research Fronts中学科研究前沿的共被引关系，构建研究前沿的共被引矩阵，利用VOSviewer生成学科研究前沿的全局知识图谱，分别计算并可视化机构在各前沿领域中的前沿表现度和前沿关注度。最后，以中国农业大学为例进行实证分析。揭示了机构学科研究前沿的知识结构和研究布局，从研究领域的层次上更为精细地评测机构的学术影响力，为机构的学科发展规划和科技政策提供更有效的支持。

Research and Demonstration on the Evaluation of Institutions Based on the Perspective of Discipline Frontier

Evaluate the discipline frontier of institution based on the frontier performance and attention,which could provide reference to clear the focus of institutional development,enact discipline development plan and science and technology development policies for scientific administrative department.First,the paper built the co-citation matrix of research fronts according to the co-citation relations of research fronts of Agricultural Science,and generated global knowledge map of research fronts by VOSviewer;Secondly,the performance and attention of research fronts were calculated respectively.Finally,it took the global knowledge map as a base map,and highlighted the relevant research fronts based on the performance and attention of research fronts.It revealed the knowledge structure and research distribution of the institutional discipline,and evaluated the academic influence of the institutions on the research level,which provided more effective support for the institutional development planning and science and technology policies.
