网络舆情知识复杂度指标体系构建研究

从知识管理的角度出发,构建网络舆情知识复杂度指标体系。指标体系的设计充分顾及了网络舆情的知识复杂性,在对网络舆情知识复杂度影响因素进行全面分析的基础上,通过指标量化方法和复杂度映射函数建立网络舆情知识复杂度评价指标体系。最后,利用灰色相似度思想和偏差分析方法对所提指标体系进行了有效性验证,结果表明,所提指标体系具有较高的有效性指数,能够作为政府应用知识管理理论和方法应对网络舆情的决策参考。

Research on the Evaluation Indicator System of Knowledge Complexity of the Network Public Opinion

This paper constructed the evaluation indicator system of knowledge complexity of the network public opinion from the view of knowledge management.The design of indicator system is fully taken into account the knowledge complexity of network public opinion.Based on the full analysis of the factors affecting knowledge complexity of network public opinion, the evaluation indicator system of knowledge complexity of the network public opinion is established according to the method of indicator quantification and the mapping function of the complexity.At last, the validity of the indicator system is tested using gray similarity and deviation analysis method.The result showed that the validity index of the evaluation indicator system is relatively high so that the system can be used as decision-making reference for government dealing with the network public opinion using the knowledge management theory and method.
