| 摘 要： | 由于高校智库是智库的重要组成部分，且智库网络影响力对智库发展极为重要，本文以中国智库索引数据库中高校智库为研究对象，引入基于群策的层次分析法，构建高校智库网络影响力评价指标体系，通过收集数据对我国高校智库网络影响力进行实证研究，从而为高校智库增强网络影响力提供建议。

| Abstract: | Because university think tank is an important part of think tank,and the network influence is very important to the development of the think tank.The paper was focused on the university think tank in the Chinese think tank index database,constructed the network influence evaluation system of university think tank by AHP and group policy,and made an empirical study on the network influence of Chinese university think tank through the collection of data,so as to provide advices for the university think tank to enhance the network influence. |
