数字图书馆信息质量、系统质量与服务质量整合研究

摘    要:目的]为提高数字图书馆的信息质量、系统质量及服务质量,增加用户感知效果,增强用户黏性。方法]本文以理性行为理论、技术接受模型、技术接受与利用整合理论为基础,通过引入信息系统成功模型的信息质量、系统质量、服务质量三个变量,结合已有研究成果,构建数字图书馆信息质量、系统质量及服务质量整合模型。运用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、结构方程模型对数字图书馆的用户行为意愿进行实证研究,并利用R语言编写程序,计算该模型的统计力。结果与建议]结果显示,信息质量对感知有用正向影响显著、系统质量对信息质量以及服务质量和感知有用正向影响显著、服务质量对感知易用正向影响显著等。该模型统计力非常高,表明对本文的分析结果有足够的信心。根据对研究结果的讨论,提出了如何提高数字图书馆的信息质量、系统质量及服务质量的建议。意义与局限]最后对本文的研究意义和局限性进行了探讨。

An Integrated Study on the Integration of Information Quality,System Quality and Service Quality of Digital Library

Abstract:In order to improve the information quality,system quality and service quality of Digital Library increase the user's Perception effect and enhance the user's stickiness.Methods] The article was based on Theory of Reasoned Action,Technology Acceptance Model and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,by introducing three variables of the Information System Success Model:Information Quality,System Quality and Service Quality,and combined with existing research results and constructed the integration model of information quality,system quality and service quality of Digital Library. And the Exploratory Factor Analysis,Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model were used for empirical research on user behavior intention of Digital library,and the Statistical power of the integration model was calculated by compiling R language program.Results/Proposals] The results showed that information quality has a significant impact on perceived usefulness,system quality has a significant impact on information quality,service quality and perceived usefulness,and service quality has a significant impact on perceived ease of use. The statistical power of the model was very high,which showed that the results of the article have enough confidence. According to discuss the results of the study,the article put forward some proposals on how to improve the information quality,system quality and service quality of the Digital Library.Implications/Limitations] Finally,the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
