基于信息熵的新媒体环境下负面网络舆情监测指标体系研究

目的/意义]新媒体环境下网络舆情信息传播对舆情的发展趋势具有重要的导向作用，对舆情进行监测有助于相关舆情管理部门对舆情信息传播进行有效引导，促进舆情事件良性发展。方法/过程]本文基于信息熵理论，通过层次分析法构建评估指标体系，使用模糊综合评价法建立新媒体环境下网络舆情监测模型，针对舆情指标隶属度结果对监测等级进行分类。本文以新浪微博舆情热点话题"鸿茅药酒"作为数据源获取数据进行新媒体环境下网络舆情监测指标体系分析。结果/结论]数据结果表明，新媒体环境下网络舆情热点话题"鸿茅药酒"事件的影响力级别为Ⅳ级，需舆情管理者及时监测舆情发展和走势。通过最终监测值对照监测级别可以帮助政府及相关舆情管理者及时采取针对性措施监测和引导网络舆情的良性发展。

Research on the Negative Network Public Opinion Monitoring Index System Based on Information Entropy in New Media Environment

Purpose/Significance]In the new media environment,network public opinion information dissemination plays an important guiding role in the development trend of public opinion.The monitoring of public opinion will help the relevant public opinion management departments to effectively supervise the public opinion information dissemination and promote the benign development of public opinion events.Method/Process]This paper constructed the index system through analytic hierarchy process based on information entropy theory.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the network public opinion monitoring model in the new media environment and the classification of monitoring level was conducted according to the degree of membership of public opinion indexes.This paper took sina weibo platform as an example to obtain data for network public opinion monitoring and analysis under new media environment.Result/Conclusion]The influence level of "Hong Mao Liquor" was Ⅳ,requiring public opinion managers' monitoring the development and trend of public opinion in time.The monitoring level could help the government and relevant public opinion managers to take targeted measures to monitor and guide the benign development of online public opinion.
