| 摘 要： | 文章通过对海尔创新平台知识管理模式的内涵、目标和发展历程进行分析与总结，从管理流程、激励机制和创意落地等方面总结海尔知识管理模式的特点。针对传统线型企业的知识管理存在的主要问题，提出了升级平台的创新战略思维、优化知识管理的层次结构、转换知识创新的主导力量以及提升知识创新的服务质量等建议，以期为企业的创新平台知识管理提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the content and development path of Haier knowledge management,the main characteristics were summarized from the aspects of management process,incentive mechanism and implementation efficiency.Aiming at the main problems of innovation knowledge management in the traditional linear enterprises,the paper put forward some suggestions on how to optimize the platform structure and management goal,transform the leading force of knowledge innovation and improve the service quality of knowledge innovation to provide beneficial advice for the enterprise knowledge management. |
