面向移动终端的网站无障碍设计研究

随着近年来智能手机、平板电脑的普及,移动终端成为人们上网获取信息的重要渠道,而当前大多数网站均针对桌面端设计,在通过移动终端访问时会遇到许多可访问性问题。W3C针对移动网站的建设提出了相关的最佳实践规范,但这些规范都不是针对移动网站的无障碍设计,且近几年移动互联网发生了巨大变化,目前还没有适用于当前移动互联网环境的移动网站无障碍设计标准。本文结合WCAG、MWBP和MWABP,从导航与链接、页面布局、页面定义和用户交互4个方面,总结归纳出了可适应于移动网站无障碍设计的相关准则规范,并以中国残疾人服务网为例,进行了移动网站无障碍设计实践。本文主要从设计和技术角度,对移动网站的无障碍访问进行了分析,所得设计准则和实践对网站建设具有参考意义。

Research on Web Accessibility Design for Mobile Terminals

With the popularity of Smartphone, tablets in recent years, mobile terminals become a very important channel for the people to go online to get information, while most sites are for desktop equipment design currently, if people use the mobile terminal to access the sites, they might have many accessibility problems.W3C had put forward a series of best practices for the construction of mobile website, but these practices are not design for accessible mobile website.And in recent years it has undergone tremendous change in the mobile internet, so there is no suitable design standard about Accessible Mobile Website for the current mobile internet environment.Combining with the WCAG, MWBP and MWABP, this article put forward the principles for mobile web accessibility design from the four aspects including the navigation and link, page layout, page definition and user interaction, and takes the website"China service network for the disabled people"for example, show the practice of accessible mobile web design.It mainly analyzed the accessibility of mobile website from the viewpoint of design and technology, The resulting design principles and practices have reference for sites.
