| 摘 要： | 新疆的宗教问题具有长期性和特殊的复杂性，在当前复杂多变的国内外形势下，只有充分认识新疆宗教问题的这些特征，并由此出发，纠正在宗教工作中的一些不切实际的错误认识，才能真正贯彻好党的各项宗教政策，做好新世纪初新疆地区的宗教工作。

| Abstract: | The author holds that religions in Xinjiang are characteristic of longtime and special complexities. Only we have a full understanding of the characteristics and therefore we rectify the wrong concepts in religion management practices can we fully implement the Party s policies on religion affairs and do a good job in managing religious affairs of the region. |
