信息化时代的隐私权保护——兼评《个人信息保护法》

我国隐私权的保护总体上＂内容少、法律散、手段弱＂,网络隐私权的法律保护基本无法可依,应在民法中确立独立的隐私权制度,完善相关法律,实现隐私权保护的系统化,实行行政监管制度,即将颁布的《个人信息保护法》能否解决有关问题有待实践检验。
