少数民族地区农村基础教育课程改革中的问题与对策

少数民族地区农村基础教育课程改革能否顺利推进,直接影响到全国基础教育课程改革的成败.当前在少数民族地区农村新课程改革中仍存在思想观念转变不到位、师资水平低、培训力度差、评价和考试制度滞后、投入不足、缺乏民族特点等问题.必须加强舆论宣传,动员社会参与,采取特殊政策强化教师培训,加快师范教育改革,投入专项经费解决学校欠债和教育经费问题,激励优秀毕业生到山乡任教,同时制定合乎实际的课程标准,积极推进高考制度改革,进一步推动课程改革的深入发展.

Problems in Course Reform of Rural Elementary Education in Ethnic Minority Regions with Countermeasures

The smooth implementation of course reform in rural elementary education in ethnic minority regions has a direct influence over the course reform of national elementary education.At present,there still exist many problems in the reform,such as lagging behind in ideas,low level of teachers,insufficient training,out-of-date assessment and examination systems,insufficient investment and lacking ethnic characteristics.Therefore,efforts should be made to strengthen public propaganda to call for the whole society to be involved.Special policies should be adopted to enhance teachers' training,accelerate the reform of teacher education,invest special funds to solve the problems of schools' debt and tuition fee,and encourage excellent students to teach in mountain areas after graduation.At the same time,course standards should be made according to reality,the reform of college enrollment examination should be actively promoted and course reform should be further carried out in depth.
