摘    要:应用不可逆热力学研究了铁电相变中的不可逆性.一级铁电相变中的“热滞”和铁电体的多畴结构可在最小熵产生原理的基础上得到说明.推出了两个结论:(1)热滞不是一级铁电相变体系的内禀性质,体系表面的有限性与热滞是有关的;(2)多畴结构的出现可归因于温度梯度方向的变化.

Abstract:The irreversibility of ferroelectric phase transitions has been studied by using the irreversible thermodynamics. The 'thermal hysteresis' of first-order ferroelectric phase transitions and the polydomain structure of ferroelectrics can be explained on the basis of the principle of minimum entropy production. Two conclusions have been derived: First, the thermal hysteresis is not an intrinsic property of a system in which a first-order ferroelectric phase transition occurs. The finiteness of the system's surface is connected with the thermal hysteresis. Second, the emergence of polydomain structure can be attributed to the variation of direction of temperature gredient.
