摘    要:在处理制革废水中常用SBR工艺,试验探讨了不同HRT、进水pH、COD负荷、NH3-N浓度、活性污泥浓度的运行参数,研究SBR工艺处理制革废水的最优运行参数.结果表明:SBR反应器在进水COD为1500~2000mg/L、NH3-N为150~250mg/L、pH为7.5、运行污泥浓度在3.0g/L左右、曝气时间为18h时COD去除率能达到95%左右,NH3-N去除率达到97%左右,其出水能够达到一级出水标准.

Abstract:The optimization of parameters used in SBR for tannery wastewater treatment from HRT, the pH values of intake, COD load, NH3-N concentration and the activated sludge concentration was investigated. The results show in the process of SBR, when the intake COD is 1 500~2 000 mg/L, NH3-N is 150~250 mg/L, pH is 7.5, the operating sludge concentration is about 3. 0 g/L and the aeration time is 18h, the removal rate of COD is up to 95%.The NH3-N removal rate is about 97%.The outfall could be satisfied with the standard.
