| Abstract: | By using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the author makes an analysis and investigation on age structure, academic title structure and education background structure of physical education teachers in Shanxi common institutes etc. Some countermeasure and suggestions are put forwarded to improve and perfect the construction of physical education teachers. |
