新疆体育传统校运动员培养现状与发展对策研究

本文从实地入手，对新疆区级以上的体育传统项目学校运动员的选拔、培养与输送等情况进行了调研，得出运动员的选材手段单一、参加的比赛特别是疆外的比赛较少、输送运动员的渠道不畅通、培养的高级别运动员较少的结论，且由此提出了相应的发展对策。

Study on Current Cultivation and Development of Athlete in Traditional Sports Training Schools in Xinjiang

This paper makes investigation on selection, cultivation and talented pipeline of athletes in traditional sports training schools in Xinjiang. The conclusion is drawn as follow, the simplistic method for player selection, less opportunity for players to take part in competitions, fewer efficient ways for player provision and having fewer advanced players. Based on it, the author, finally, some are put forward.
