| 摘 要： | 要解决目前高校教师资源开发与运行工作中存在的问题，必须从提高增量、优化存量、使用管理三个方面建立科学、规范的教师资源开发与运行的机制。文章从转变观念、做好规划、优化环境等方面思考了这种机制实现的对策。
