| 摘 要： | 在我国的教育管理中有四对矛盾,即“管他人与管自己”、“凭经验管理还是科学管理”、“校长姓‘教’还是姓‘资’”、“校长是事务家还是战略家”。对此,每位学校的教育管理者都应不断提高自身素质,正确处理所面临的各种问题。

| Abstract: | There are four conspicuous contradictions existing in educational management in our country.They are:"managing others or managing himself";"managing by experience or by scientific method";"teaching or raising money;which one is the main task for a headmaster(principal)"and "headmaster(principal) is to be a routinist or a strategist".These four contradictions will provide a theoretic basis on decision making for those who aim to effectively solve the problems they face in the process of educational management. |
